Premier League side Nottingham Forest were in talks for a €23m move for the pair, but according to Tuttosport, Weah and Mbangula are unwilling to join the English club.
Both players reacted to Tudor’s decision with an Instagram story.
The American winger wrote: “God, when life feels heavy and hope runs thin, remind me I am not alone. I may be tested, but I won’t be broken. You gave me strength that storms can’t steal and light that darkness can’t drown.
“Keep my faith alive when all else fades. For those that need to hear this today, you’re never alone.”
According to Tuttosport, Weah is reluctant to leave Juventus after a positive second season in Turin.
In a second Instagram story, Weah took a picture from the stadium before kick-off and wrote: ‘Andiamo ragazzi,’ which means ‘Let’s go guys.’
Mbangula wrote in his Instagram story: “The pain that you’ve been feeling can’t compare to the joy that is coming,” quoting Romans 8:18.
