As far as careers go, things couldn't have gone much better for Mohamed Salah at Liverpool.
On this day in 2017, the Egyptian winger signed for the Reds after two seasons in Serie A with Roma, one of which was on loan from Chelsea.
Salah's previous stint in the Premier League with the London club didn't quite go to plan, but he has been a resounding success at Anfield.
Over the past eight years, the 33-year-old has climbed into the top three of Liverpoolâs all-time goalscorers, having netted 245 times in all competitions.
In that time, Salah has also won the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, League Cup, UEFA Super Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup.
Having been crowned Premier League champion for the second time in his Liverpool career last season, Salah will hope the final two years of his deal at Anfield bring even more silverware and success.
