Juventus have officially confirmed Nicolò Savona’s transfer to Nottingham Forest for €13m plus add-ons.
Savona has joined Premier League side Nottingham Forest in a deal in excess of €15m. Savona has put pen to paper on a five-year contract, which will run until the summer of 2030.
Forest had an initial offer in the region of €12m, which was turned down by Juventus at the beginning of the week. However, they struck an agreement with an improved offer of just over €15m, including add-ons.

“Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that an agreement with Nottingham Forest FC for the definitive disposal of the registration rights of the player Nicolò Savona has been reached for a consideration of € 13 million, payable in four financial years, in addition to variable bonuses up to a maximum of € 2.5 million,” Juventus confirmed.
“This transaction generates a positive economic impact on the current financial year equal to ca. € 12 million, net of auxiliary expenses.”
This will be the Italian’s first move away from the club, having spent the entirety of his youth and senior career to date with the Bianconeri. That means that the transfer fee raised goes down as a 100% capital gain for the Old Lady.
The versatile full-back flew out for his medical tests on Friday morning, and completed those formalities by the afternoon.
He becomes the second Juventus player to join Nottingham Forest this window, following the recent sale of Douglas Luiz at a maximum of €31.5m, one year on from his €50m transfer to Juve from Aston Villa.

“Nicolo Savona’s time with Juventus has come to an end. The defender has completed a permanent transfer to English Premier League side Nottingham Forest,” Juventus said.
“The 22-year-old came through the ranks with Juventus, and enjoyed experience at every level in our youth system. He made the step up to the Primavera side and, starting with 2022/23, he was with the Next Gen. He made 61 appearances across two seasons with our Next Gen, scoring twice and assisting five more.
“Last season saw him make the jump up to the Men’s First Team, and he made 40 appearances with the Bianconeri. He managed two goals, the first of which came on his full debut away to Hellas Verona.
“A young talent, raised by the club, now sets off to add another chapter to his story overseas.
“Thanks for everything and all the best for the future, Nicolo!”
