Real Madrid lock horns with Borussia Dortmund in under a couple of hours in what will be a replay of last season’s UEFA Champions League finals.
With the game set to kick off at the Santiago Bernabeu soon, Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has announced the starting lineup that will be taking the field tonight.
The big news is that Real Madrid captain Luka Modric returns to the starting lineup, featuring in the middle of the park alongside Jude Bellingham and Federico Valverde as Ancelotti reverts to a 4-3-3 setup
As a result, both Eduardo Camavinga and Aurelien Tchouameni are out of the lineup.
Meanwhile, Rodrygo Goes also returns to the starting XI, lining up in the frontline alongside Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Jr.
Ferland Mendy is back in the side replacing Fran Garcia at left-back, while Lucas Vazquez, Eder Militao, and Antonio Rudiger complete the rest of the defence. Thibaut Courtois mans the goal for Los Blancos.
