The club have released a new Newcastle United training gallery of photos.
The images released, showing Newcastle United players training ahead of Sunday’s match.
A bit of insight…potentially, into who may and may not be available for this game, as Newcastle United take on Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
Newcastle United looking to build on two great home wins over Chelsea and Arsenal.
The photos published by Newcastle United featuring Wednesday’s training and the following first team squad players involved from what we could see:
Harvey Barnes, Dan Burn, Martin Dubravka, Anthony Gordon, Bruno Guimaraes, Lewis Hall, Joelinton, Emil Krafth, Tino Livramento, Sean Longstaff, Fabian Schar, Matt Targett, Sandro Tonali, Odysseas Vlachodimos, Joe Willock
As you can see, not a load of first team squad players featuring in the official training photos released, just the 15 shown.
Great to see Matt Targett involved, he has had a horrendous time with injuries and illness.
Not seen in these official released Newcastle United training images…
Jamaal Lascelles, Sven Botman and Kieran Trippier returning from injury and looking set to miss Forest for sure. Jacob Murphy had a slight hamstring issue according to Eddie Howe, whilst the Head Coach previously said that he was thinking of giving Callum Wilson until after this November international break before looking to have him in the matchday squads.
The others not seen in today’s official released Newcastle United training images…
Nick Pope, Alexander Isak, William Osula, Mark Gillespie, Miguel Almiron, Lloyd Kelly, John Ruddy and Lewis Miley.
Always difficult to know for sure with the Newcastle United training images, with regard to those who are unseen, as players can be innocently missed out of the set of published photos and/or Eddie Howe wants to keep the opposition guessing…
