Official: Manchester United release 2025/26 home kit | OneFootball

Manchester United have officially unveiled their new home kit for the 2025/26 season.

“The brand-new strip is available to purchase now from the United Store and takes inspiration from our iconic stadium, Old Trafford,” Man United announced on their official website.

“There is an abstract sleeve graphic in different shades of red to showcase the various elements of the pitch, stands and tunnel,” the statement read.

“A final nod to the club’s rich heritage is a ‘Theatre of Dreams’ sign-off on the back of the collar,” the press release continued, thereby emphasising how Old Trafford was the driving inspiration behind the new design.

“The lightweight jerseys feature the latest in adidas technology, which has been created in close collaboration with the players, throughout the development process,” the article confirmed, meaning that the new home kit should provide players with the comfort and breathability they need in order to perform at the highest level once the new season gets underway.

Adidas confirmed that the fan version of the kit will feature AEROREADY technology, designed to keep the body feeling dry and thereby minimising the effects of perspiration.

Naturally, the unveiling of this new kit has given United fans some reason to feel excited, which is no doubt a feeling that has eluded them for quite some time following what was a disastrous season.

Still, the club’s latest match, a 3-1 win over Hong Kong, also provided some reason for optimism, given the impactful performances of young talents such as Chido Obi and Ayden Heaven.

Fortunately, for those fans eager to see United back in action after the summer hiatus, there will be plenty of opportunities to see them in action while waiting for the 2025/26 season to get underway.

United will kick off their pre-season tour with a match against Leeds United in Stockholm on 19 July.

The club will then travel to the United States to participate in the Premier League Summer Series for the first time.

They will kick off their US tour against West Ham United in New Jersey on July 26, before heading to Chicago to face Bournemouth on 31 July.

They will conclude their Summer Series tour on 3 August with a match against Everton in Georgia before returning home to Old Trafford, where they will host Fiorentina on 9 August.

While United find themselves in a dire situation following a turbulent season, events such as the unveiling of their crisp new home kit can at least serve to galvanise supporters as manager Ruben Amorim gets his squad overhaul underway.
