Davide Frattesi would’ve likely waved goodbye to the San Siro had it not been for Simone Inzaghi’s departure.

Indeed, forced to live in the shadow of Nicolo Barella, the 25-year-old had considered a summer exit.

However, the managerial shift could offer him a lifeline at Inter.

Furthermore, he’s not the only first-team star whose career in Lombardy could get back on track.
