Burkina Faso international Nasser Djiga is expected to leave Wolverhampton on loan to a European club to get the minutes he deserves this summer, with reports suggesting that Scottish club Glasgow Rangers are currently in formal negotiations with Wolverhampton to take him on loan.
The Scottish club are looking for defensive reinforcements ahead of next season, and the 22-year-old Burkina Faso international could be a good option to bolster that project, with the player being the mainstay of the team's defence development project for years to come.
According to press reports, the move could be a great opportunity for the player to get more exposure in a new environment without the pressure, especially since the Rangers game will be largely pressure-free.
The Burkina Faso international joins Wolverhampton for €12 million, with the Glasgow Rangers expected to be able to facilitate the deal, with other reports revealing that negotiations are expected to conclude in the next few weeks.
