Napoli took another big step towards clinching the Serie A title with a scrappy 1-0 win away at struggling Lecce on Saturday.
They had an early goal from Romelu Lukaku chalked off for offside, and things were briefly halted when flares were lobbed onto the pitch.
But they got their breakthrough in the 24th minute when Giacomo Raspadori smashed in a free-kick.
Lecce gave it a good go trying to level things up, but the visitors held firm to make it four wins on the bounce.
The win put Napoli six points clear at the top, with Inter still to play Verona later on Saturday. With just three games to go, Antonio Conte’s lot are tightening their grip on top spot and cranking up the pressure on reigning champs Inter.
As for Lecce, they’re still clinging on just above the drop zone, sitting 17th, a single point clear of safety.
