The squad were at Milanello for breakfast this morning before heading to the changing rooms for a training session ahead of Parma, the next opposition for AC Milan on matchday 2 of the league, scheduled for Saturday 24 August at 18:30 CEST at the Tardini.
REPORT The first part of the session was dedicated to muscular activation in the gym before the group headed out onto the pitch to finish the warm-up with rondos. Training continued with a series of tactical exercises ahead of the usual training match on a reduced pitch to close out the session.
