Montpellier’s Becir Omeragić a target for Udinese | OneFootball

Becir Omeragic (23) is one of the very few players to come out of last season with their reputation intact at Montpellier HSC. The Swiss international didn’t shine to the extent that he did the past season with MHSC fighting at the bottom of the table, before suffering relegation to Ligue 2.

Omeragic is not expected to join La Paillade in making the drop to the second division. He is one of the more bankable assets at a club that are still looking to raise funds this summer. A departure is therefore more than possible.

It was reported earlier in the summer that Omeragic was a potential target for OGC Nice, should they fail to land their priority targets, however, Nice now look covered in the defensive department. There are other opportunities for the defender, who according to a report from Mohamed Toubache-Ter, is now attracting interest from Serie A side Udinese.
