Everything you need to know ahead of a fixture-packed week at Manchester City.

All four of the Club’s teams - Men, Women, Elite Development Squad and Under-18s – are in action this week, looking to play out important league fixtures as well as outings in European competitions.

MONDAY

City v Real Madrid | Pep Guardiola press conference | 12:30 (UK)

Open Training | 15:00 (UK)

Our week begins with Pep Guardiola previewing Tuesday evening’s clash with UEFA Champions League holders Real Madrid.

The boss will address the media from 12:30 (UK) with the press conference available to watch live on mancity.com and the Official Man City App with a video recap and written reviews to follow its conclusion.

Afterwards, Guardiola and his team will take to the training pitches at the City Football Academy to complete some final preparations ahead of our match at the Etihad.

The training session will be available to watch live from 15:00 (UK) with a video recap to follow shortly after it has concluded.

TUESDAY

City v Real Madrid | UEFA Champions League | 20:00 (UK)

In arguably City’s biggest game of the season, our European journey continues on Tuesday evening with the first leg of our Champions League play-off match against Real Madrid.

Kick-off at the Etihad is scheduled for 20:00 (UK) with our Matchday Centre coverage beginning two hours before.

Matchday Live’s City-centric build-up will begin around 19:00 (UK) with studio guests Kit Symons and Andy Morrison on hand to provide their thoughts before, during and after the match.

Once the game gets underway, live audio commentary from Ally Mann and Michael Brown will accompany our text commentary.

Those with push notifications turned on will also be alerted to all the key moments as they unfold, with a detailed match report and reaction to follow shortly after the full-time whistle.

Highlights and a CITY+ full-match replay will be available later that evening for those residing in the UK.

WEDNESDAY

FC Midtjylland v City Under-19s | UEFA Youth League | 13:00 (UK)

For the first time in 2025 and since our qualification to the Round of 32 is the prestigious European competition, Ben Wilkinson’s Under-19s will be taking on FC Midtjylland in a single-leg tie of the UEFA Youth League.

The game, from Denmark, will be available to watch live on CITY+ with a detailed match report and post-match reaction to follow on mancity.com and the Official Man City App shortly after the final whistle.

FRIDAY

City v Newcastle | Pep Guardiola press conference | 12:30 (UK)

City v Liverpool | Gareth Taylor press conference | 14:30 (UK)

Following the mid-week Champions League match, our attention quickly returns to Premier League football and a tough home test in Newcastle United.

Pep Guardiola will preview the clash in his press conference from 12:30 (UK) with the media briefing available to watch live across our digital estate with a full video and written recap available shortly after it has concluded.

Then Gareth Taylor will follow suit, fielding questions from journalists ahead of our Barclays Women’s Super League home game against Liverpool.

His press conference will begin at 14:30 (UK) with live and post-press conference coverage available on mancity.com and the Official Man City App.

SATURDAY

Nottingham Forest v City | Under-18 Premier League North | 11:30 (UK) – CITY+

City v Newcastle | Premier League | 15:00 (UK)

It’s a double game day, starting off with our Under-18s’ trip to Nottingham Forest.

Looking to stay at the league summit, a win over the East Midlands side will be key in our fight for the title.

Those with a CITY+ subscription will be able to watch every moment of the match live on our digital estate with a detailed match report to follow the full-time whistle.

Then our attention turns to the Etihad and our match-up with the Magpies.

City and Newcastle sit level on points with both sides in need of three points as we hunt down the Champions League places.

And with kick-off scheduled for 15:00 (UK), the best place to follow every moment of the match is on mancity.com and the Official Man City App.

Our Matchday Centre, which will be on hand to provide detailed stats, analysis and text commentary, will begin from 13:00 (UK).
