Making this stage of the competition for the first time ever, Holmes said the Bees were looking forward to playing at home once again.
“It’s amazing, not only because it’s the first time for me but it’s making history for the club, which is amazing,” said Holmes.
“We’re really excited about the draw that we’ve got, we’re at home again so hoping to get a good crowd.
“It’s crazy, it just shows the development of all the girls and the players and the fact that we’ve got to this point and we’ve got such a strong belief that we can keep going and go even further.
“Many years ago, that wasn’t even in our mindset, but now it’s not only in our mindset but we really believe that we can do it.”

Having played teams in higher tiers throughout the pre-season, as well as Sport London E Benfica and Ascot United so far in the FA Cup, Holmes said those experiences would help Brentford on Sunday afternoon.
“It gives us some confidence. I think we know ability-wise that we can definitely compete and I think we always show up when it comes to bigger occasions,” said Holmes.
“Sometimes the better the team we play, the better we play because we see it as a little bit of a challenge, so it works for us.
“I tend to just focus on us, I’m not even fussed about who we’re playing to be honest. Focus on whoever shows up, assume they’re going to be the best team you’ve ever played and then anything down from that is a bonus.”
Brentford kicked off their Capital Cup campaign last weekend, defeating league rivals Actonians Reserves 7-1 at Gunnersbury Park.
Chloe Logie starred with five goals, while Paula Holguin and Ashley Cheatley added one goal each.
Last time out in the FA Cup, the Bees made history by winning their first ever first round fixture, defeating Ascot United 4-2 at Bedfont.
Cheatley started strongly with two goals in the first half, Logie following that up with two goals of her own in the second half to secure the win.
Previously against London Seaward, the Bees pulled out a 5-3 win in a pre-season friendly at Bedfont Sports club.
Cheatley and Samantha Read got the Bees off to a great start with a goal each in the first half, Lucy Bolitho, Logie and Rebekah Edwards adding a goal each in the second 45 minutes to secure the victory.
London Seaward compete in the National League Division One South East, where they currently sit 11th in the table with one win and nine losses from 10 games.
Their FA Cup form has been strong, defeating Stanway Pegasus 5-0 in third round qualifying before beating Hackney 3-1 in the first round.
Leila Awan, Emma Ciantar Piccinino and Laila Malcolm have led the way up front, each scoring twice so far in the competition.
