Paulo Fonseca was officially unveiled in his press conference at Casa Milan earlier today, and the hard work begins at Milanello later this afternoon.

According to what is being reported by MilanNews, this week the squad will be subjected to double training sessions – morning and afternoon – on Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday the team will work only in the morning and on Sunday they will rest.

For next week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday will be days of double sessions, while Wednesday and Saturday will be training only in the morning. There will not be, as was usual in past seasons, friendlies at Milanello against local teams from lower leagues.

Finally, for the friendly against Rapid Vienna on July 20 at 17:30 CEST, the departure from Milanello is scheduled for July 20 in the morning. It will be the first game that Fonseca takes charge of, even if it is not a competitive fixture.

As a reminder, Milan’s preseason tour is once again to the United States, where they will play Manchester City in New York on Saturday 27 July, Barcelona in Chicago three days later and then Real Madrid in Baltimore on Tuesday 6 August.
