MLS is back with a bang on this Friday evening as we truly begin in the business end of the 2025 campaign.

With the All-Star game now in the rearview mirror, focus returns to the race for the Supporters Shield and the MLS Cup Playoffs.

Key Fixtures This Evening


FULL-TIME

It's a massive win for San Diego as they hold on for a massive win against Nashville to hold on top spot in the Western Conference and a major foothold in the Supporters Shield race! Doing it all in their first ever season.

Nashville are still alive after a penalty save!


BICYCLE KICK OFF THE BAR!

LAFC nearly pull level with the goal of the season but an acrobatic attempt careened into the crossbar!


LAFC are pushing to find a leveler against the Timbers but the visitors have been very stubborn in defense.

The deadlock is finally broken between Nashville and San Diego! The SoCal side have taken the lead through Chucky Lozano and it's a massive goal for the hosts as they keep a foothold in the Supporters Shield race.

Just before the break Portland have snatched the lead in Los Angeles! It's Christian Paredes with a sublime header to give the visitors the lead.


No goals in the two late games as of yet, but things remain tense at both stadiums.


The Timbers are all over LAFC in the opening 20 minutes, but they remain scoreless in Los Angeles.

Half-time in Columbus in what was shaping up to be the game of the evening, but it certainly has not lived up the billing as of yet.

We have an absolute goal-fest in Dallas. After NYCFC took the lead, Dallas responded quickly with two goals of their own...only for NYCFC to level the scoreline once again. Total chaos!

Down in Texas we've also seen the FC Dallas vs NYCFC match kick off in the last few minutes. Things are heating up!

And we have another weather delay...

Control be damned, Montréal have stolen the lead before the break! It's a belting finish from Dante Sealy to give the visitors from north of the border the lead.


Not too shabby of a setting for tonight's massive match between San Diego and Nashville. First vs second in their respective conferences.


The Revs remain in control of this match for the time being, and look the likelier of the two sides to reclaim the lead.


📈 Owusu is having a sneaky good year for Montréal, despite the Canadian side's struggles. The former Toronto man now has 11 goals on the season after bagging the equalizer tonight.

Montréal respond just six minutes after the hosts found the opener, and we have ourselves a game at Gillette Stadium. Prince Owusu with the leveler!
