Millie Bright has announced she has withdrawn from England's squad for EURO 2025, citing mental and physical health reasons for her decision.
The Chelsea captain has been a stalwart for the Lionesses since her debut in 2016, earning 88 caps and being a key part of the EURO 2022 success but she will not be there for the defence of the trophy.
In a statement released on social media, the 31-year-old said the following:
Bright's withdrawal follows on from Mary Earps and Fran Kirby announcing their international retirements.
