Following yesterday's brilliant win at home to Empoli, the team met at Milanello this morning for a training session ahead of Tuesday's game against Sassuolo in the Coppa Italia.
REPORT The starters from yesterday's game did light recovery work. The rest of the group, after warming up, activated their muscles using cones and ladders. They then did finishing work. A serious of defence-v-attack drills preceded the usual game on a reduced pitch to conclude the day's work.
