According to a report from Fabrizio Romano, Milan Škriniar (29) is nearing a departure from Paris Saint-Germain, just one year after joining the club on a free transfer from Inter Milan.
Škriniar’s move to the Parc des Princes was scheduled before the appointment of Luis Enrique as manager. Whilst the Spaniard did utilise the centre-back, reports suggested that Škriniar was not a player that he relied on. This season, he is yet to step foot on the pitch.
Despite expressing a clear wish to remain at PSG earlier in the summer, Škriniar looks on the verge of a departure. According to Romano, Al Nassr have sent an official bid and the deal is almost already sealed. The Slovakian international therefore looks set to complete a permanent move to Saudi Arabia. It is now up to the player to give the green light to the move. Should his move be completed, it is thought that Les Parisiens will look to recruit another centre-back before the closure of the transfer window.
