While he will certainly play more on the wing, Leao came up with a great performance as the striker in this game, with some neat interplay. #2 Does Loftus-Cheek still have a future at the club? – Another player who impressed in this game was Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Somewhat of a forgotten man at Milan, especially with them being linked to every midfielder under the sun, the Englishman provided a reminder of his undeniable yet inconsistent talent against Liverpool in a good performance capped off with a goal. #3 Okafor could provide real value at some other club – It is almost certain that Noah Okafor will leave Milan this summer but he still scored a brace in this game. The loan to Napoli didn’t work but he has some great qualities in terms of counter-attacking and running in behind.
