The chances of Sergio Conceicao remaining at AC Milan have gone up a bit, a report claims, while waiting for the Coppa Italia final.

According to the latest from SportMediaset (via X), If the chances of earning a stay were close to zero before, now they are slightly increasing. One reason is the difficulty in getting ‘bigger’ names, such as Antonio Conte and Massimiliano Allegri.

At present, the two coaches have put other clubs in front of Milan in their priorities, and that has forced the Rossoneri – who do not have a sporting director yet either – to make their way down the list of candidates.

In terms of a credible alternative, the ‘easiest’ to hire would be Roberto De Zerbi. However, the current management of Milan believe that he is ‘on the same level as Conceicao’ in terms of the guarantees he offers.
