Marmoush wins Player of the Month prize

Eintracht fans have voted the Egyptian forward as the Mainova Player of the Month.

Omar Marmoush has been named as the Mainova Player of the Month after garnering 67 percent of the fan votes in the Eintracht-App. The 25-year-old, who is currently on international duty with Egypt, fought off strong competition from strike partner Hugo Ekitiké and goalkeeper Kaua Santos.

Eintracht enjoyed a perfect record in the Bundesliga in September, taking nine points from three games. Marmoush scored five goals, including strikes against Borussia Mönchengladbach and braces against both Wolfsburg and Kiel, as well as two further assists. The No.7 was even directly involved in all four of the Eagles' goals in the 4-2 victory in Kiel, scoring twice and setting up the other two.
