Egyptian winger Omar Marmoush has hailed his compatriot Mohamed Salah while making it clear he wants victory against Liverpool this season.
Marmoush showers Salah with praise
Speaking to TNT Sports before City’s clash with Tottenham, Marmoush said:
"Salah was the best player in the Premier League last season. He’s been performing at exceptional level for years with quality & abilities that're unmatched"
Reds clash fuels Egyptian rivalry
Marmoush faced Liverpool only once last season, a 2 - 0 defeat in which Salah scored the opener. The City forward admitted he dreams of turning the tables when they meet again this campaign.
