Erik ten Hag is still dealing with a lengthy absentee list in search of back-to-back top-flight wins
The Red Devils skipper missed Thursday’s 1-1 Europa Leage draw with Fenerbahce through suspension but is free to return for the journey to east London.
That is a huge boost for manager Erik ten Hag, who is still missing a host of key players against the Hammers.
Antony added to United’s injury problems on Thursday night when he was stretchered off in Istanbul, with the winger surely unlikely to feature at the London Stadium as a result having been seen on crutches.

Both Jonny Evans and Mason Mount will need to be assessed after missing the trip to the Turkish capital, while United’s injury list is plentiful. There is hope that Evans will return.
None of Harry Maguire, Leny Yoro, Tyrell Malacia, Luke Shaw or Kobbie Mainoo are expected to return in time for the West Ham game as United look to make it two league wins on the bounce.
Noussair Mazraoui is expected to revert to his more orthodox full-back role after playing at No10 on Thursday to cover for the absences of Fernandes and Mount.
Predicted Man Utd XI (4-2-3-1): Onana; Mazraoui, De Ligt, Martinez, Dalot; Eriksen, Ugarte; Rashford, Fernandes, Garnacho; Hojlund
Doubts: Evans, Mount
Injured: Maguire, Yoro, Shaw, Mainoo, Malacia, Antony
