Manchester United are set to bring a Paris Saint-Germain executive to Old Trafford as the club undergoes changes under new minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
Ratcliffe has already brought in former PSG executive Jean-Claude Blanc, and now the Red Devils are looking to add another key figure who can help boost their financial growth and commercial strategies.
Last September, L’Équipe and Le Parisien reported that Marc Armstrong, PSG’s general director of revenues, will be stepping down from his role in the coming weeks.
Armstrong, who joined PSG in April 2018 following a successful stint in the NBA, has been instrumental in helping the French champions achieve significant financial and commercial success.

Journalist Andy Mitten has reported that Manchester United is set to appoint Armstrong as the club’s new chief business officer following extended negotiations with PSG, where Armstrong served as chief revenue officer.
He’s expected to start at Old Trafford in the coming weeks, with a confirmed start date.
The previous report revealed that Armstrong’s exit from PSG is reportedly due to personal reasons, and the Ligue 1 side have been aware of his plans for several weeks.
As a result, PSG are expected to announce his replacement soon, though no names have been confirmed yet.
