Manchester City are expected to have Phil Foden and Ruben Dias available for this weekend’s match at home to Wolves.

Pep Guardiola’s side know they must keep winning to hold off Arsenal in the title race, with four more victories enough for City to get their hands on the Premier League trophy for the fourth season in a row.

Foden and Dias were not involved in the win over Nottingham Forest last time out, with illness keeping the pair out, but nearly a full week between matches should be enough for them both to return to the squad at the Etihad on Saturday.

City’s only injury concern is Ederson, who was forced off at half-time against Forest with a shoulder injury.

“It doesn't look good. We see tomorrow with the doctor,” Guardiola said after the match.

Should Ederson be ruled out, Stefan Ortega will come into the side for City, as he has already several times this season when the Brazilian has been injured. Guardiola has plenty of options at the back, with John Stones in contention for his first appearance since the FA Cup win over Chelsea, while at least one of Nathan Ake and Manuel Akanji look set to drop out, assuming the in-form Josko Gvardiol keeps his place at left-back.

Erling Haaland made his return from injury when coming off the bench to score against Forest, and he should now be fit to lead the line.

Predicted Man City XI: Ortega, Walker, Dias, Akanji, Gvardiol, Rodri, Silva, Foden, De Bruyne, Grealish, Haaland

Doubts: Ederson
