As the summer transfer window is winding down, the question surrounds Rodrygo and whether or not he’ll depart Real Madrid amid recent links to Liverpool and PSG. Nonetheless, there’s another Premier League club keen on landing the Brazilian.

PSG’s interest in Rodrygo remains uncertain. Josué Cassé of Foot Mercato reported the Brazilian forward is not on the club’s radar, contradicting Sky Sports Germany’s Florian Plettenberg, who also dismissed Tottenham Hotspur as a potential destination.

Even so, Plettenberg noted that Liverpool and PSG closely monitor Rodrygo’s situation. PSG are reportedly intent on landing a top young winger, but any move will likely hinge on how the transfer window develops in the coming weeks.

On Monday, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that Manchester City are eyeing a move for Rodrygo as several players prepare to leave the club.

With Jack Grealish already gone and James McAtee and Savinho likely to follow, City see Rodrygo as a dream signing, with Pep Guardiola being a big fan. Real Madrid are open to selling if Rodrygo wants to leave, with a price tag around €100 million.

Recently, CaughtOffside reported, citing sources, that Liverpool are closely tracking his situation and view him as a prime alternative should their pursuit of Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak fail.

Moreover, Tottenham have entered the race, reportedly identifying Rodrygo as a potential successor to Son Heung-min, who has left the club for MLS. Spurs have already contacted the player’s representatives to gauge his interest.

It will be interesting to see how this saga turns out and whether a Premier League can convince Rodrygo to depart Real Madrid.
