Ademola Lookman is reportedly ready for “total war” with Atalanta to force through a move to Inter Milan this summer.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportItalia, via FCInterNews. They report that the 27-year-old’s social media antics may just be the start of his efforts to put pressure on La Dea.

Ademola Lookman has not exactly hidden how he feels about Atalanta rejecting a €45 million for him from Inter.

The Nigerian international, who has already agreed personal terms with the Nerazzurri, responded on social media.

Lookman deleted all traces of Atalanta from his Instagram account. This included blacking out his profile picture, and removing photos where he is in an Atalanta shirt.

Clearly, Lookman is upset with Atalanta for sandbagging Inter’s offers to sign him.

Therefore, the former RB Leipzig forward is aiming to force his club’s hand by kicking up a fuss with moves like scrubbing his current employers from his social media account.

However, reports SportItalia, this may just be the beginning.

So far, Lookman hasn’t directly taken any public shots at Atalanta – even if his social media move was not exactly subtle.

But in the next week or two, things could come to a head even further.

Atalanta already know that they have a highly awkward situation on their hands. And one that threatens to destabilize their dressing room.

According to SportItalia, Lookman will dig in his heels even more. He is ready for “total war” until Atalanta sell him to Inter.
