Raphinha has been an absolute beast under Hansi Flick in the ongoing campaign. He has already netted 27 goals and provided 19 assists in 41 games. He is averaging 3.3 shots, 2.7 key passes, and 1.5 dribbles per game (stats via whoscored).

The Brazilian winger is versatile enough to feature in any position in the offensive pack. He has a good pace, strong body, intelligent passing abilities and clinical finishing skills. He works hard off the ball and can also take set pieces effectively.

Raphinha has no reason to leave Barcelona

Liverpool were having a perfect season until they got crashed out of the Champions League by the hands of PSG. It has put them consider their squad for next season. With the uncertainty over the future of Mohamed Salah, it’s understandable for the club to explore options.

The Reds are closely monitoring the situation of Raphinha at FC Barcelona. They will not hesitate to submit an official bid should they sense the signing possible. However, as things are going for the Brazilian footballer, he is unlikely to leave his current contract.

If the situation changes anytime soon, Liverpool can bring him to replace Salah on the left flank. The 28-year-old will bring fresh energy into the side and his prior Premier League experience should help him settle down quickly.
