In a recent report, Fichajes mentioned that Liverpool are eyeing a move for Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak. It has been stated that the Reds are ready to launch a Є120m offer to bring the Swedish forward to Anfield this summer.

Isak’s Impressive Record In The Premier League

Isak enjoyed a brilliant season at Newcastle after he put in a lot of match-winning displays for them in the Premier League. The Solna-born talent banged in 27 goals and earned six assists in 42 matches for the Magpies in the previous campaign in multiple competitions.

Isak excels at finding some space for himself to get a few strikes in on target and has proven himself to be a lethal finisher in the Premier League. He can also engineer the odd chance for his teammates in the final third and is a good dribbler with the ball as well.

Standing at 1.92m, the Sweden international is a strong presence in the air. Hence, he would be a great fit for Liverpool‘s needs this summer. Isak would also serve as an upgrade over Darwin Nunez, who has struggled to be consistent during his career at the Merseyside club.
