The midweek round of Premier League action concluded this evening with two more games.
Here's how it all unfolded.
Scorers: Huijsen 16'
Bournemouth recorded back-to-back wins for the first time this season as they beat Tottenham in a game that saw them miss chance after chance to eventually win 1-0.
It was Ange Postecoglou's side who began on the front foot, with Dejan Kulusevski testing Kepa before Dominic Solanke fired over in the opening minutes.
Bournemouth grew into the game though, and Evanilson forced Fraser Forster into a great save from point blank range range.
From the resulting corner though, the Cherries were ahead when centre-back Dean Huijsen was handed a free header to power past the veteran shot-stopper and hand the hosts the lead.
On the half hour mark, the Cherries had the ball in the net again, only for Marcus Tavernier to be flagged offside as he smashed the ball past Forster.
Tottenham offered little of note, and headed into the interval a goal down, and in need of invention.
Though they improved somewhat in the early stages of the second half, it was Bournemouth who had the best chance in the early stages as Justin Kluivert raced away from the Spurs defence only to find Forster.
Spurs thought that they had an equaliser when Heung-Min Son tapped in after Kepa spilt a routine save, only for the offside flag to spare the Spaniard's blushes.
Moments later, their defensive crisis deepened as Ben Davies went down with a hamstring injury, which saw Archie Gray forced into a makeshift centre-back role.
Still Bournemouth pushed for a second goal, with Ryan Christie hitting the base of the post with Forster stranded.
The Cherries did finally put the ball in the net, only for VAR to rule Evanilson offside after a mix-up from Forster, leaving Spurs still in with a fighting chance.
But the visitors could not capitalise on that chance, and as Bournemouth racked up their most attempts in a single Premier League game this season, Spurs crumbled again in one of their worst performances under Postecoglou.
Scorers: Iwobi 4', 84'; O'Riley (OG) 78': Baleba 55'
A brace from Alex Iwobi helped Fulham pick up all three points against Brighton at Craven Cottage.
The hosts were gifted the dream start when Brighton goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen passed directly to Alex Iwobi, who returned the ball with interest past the Dutch goalkeeper to put the Cottagers into an early lead.
Brighton immediately pushed for an equaliser, with Joao Pedro in the thick of the action, seeing one effort saved and another blocked at close range.
Fulham remained a threat on the counter attack but it was the visitors who began to dominate the ball as the half wore on. However, stubborn defending by Marco Silva's side ensured that they kept their narrow lead intact as the sides headed into half time.
Harry Wilson spurned a golden chance to double his side's advantage moments into the second half. At the other end, Paul Van Hecke had an equally good effort, only to send his header wide from a corner.
Moments later though, Carlos Baleba showed his teammate how to finish as he latched onto a flick from Joao Pedro, firing a low half volley into the far corner to level the game.
Both sides continued to try and prise a second goal, but after a period of Fulham dominance the Cottagers retook the lead as a corner flew in off the back of Matt O'Riley, restoring their goal advantage.
Minutes later, the three points were sealed as Iwobi wriggled away from Brighton pressure before curling an accurate low effort past Verbruggen for his second of the evening, and Fulham's third.
