Following the riots that occurred during the match against Nice, Lazio was sanctioned by UEFA with several fines and the partial closure of the Curva Nord.
The decision was officially communicated by UEFA, which specified that the Curva Nord will be closed for one match, but with a suspension of the penalty for one year.

This means that, if there are no further violations during this period, the sanction will not be applied. UEFA wanted to send a clear signal against incorrect behavior, while maintaining a line of conditional tolerance for the Biancocelesti.
