Lazio striker Tijjani Noslin may have started his summer on a slow note, but he has been managing to win the favor of Maurizio Sarri.
The 26-year-old is a versatile attacker who followed Marco Baroni from Hellas Verona to the Italian capital club last summer. However, his first season at the Stadio Olimpico was largely disappointing. Moreover, the player has already lost his main sponsor who was replaced by the returning Sarri.

As Il Messaggero explains, the managerial change had seemingly spelt the end of Noslin’s time at Formello, but the transfer ban imposed by INEOS gave him a new lifeline. With the management unable to recruit new players, the squad has been kept intact, with the exception of Loum Tchaouna’s sale to Burnley.
Moreover, the source notes how the Dutch attacker has been able to showcase considerable improvement as of late. He also made the most out of his brief cameo against Atromitos, scoring Lazio’s second goal with a clinical header.
With Gustav Isaksen still recovering from mononucleosis, Matteo Cancellieri is currently the favorite to start on the right wing in the Serie A opener, joining Mattia Zaccagni and Taty Castellanos in the attacking trident. However, Noslin’s improved form has seen him emerge as a serious challenger for the role.
The former Verona striker will be looking to impress in the coming weeks to earn his place in the Serie A squad. Sarri will have to hand the final list once the market is closed, and will be forced to exclude at least a couple of first-team players, that is, unless the club doesn’t make the choice for him by selling a few players. In Noslin’s case, it would require an offer of at least €15 million.
