According to HLN, Kasper Dolberg is attracting interest from his former club Ajax. The Danish forward has been on the wishlist of Celtic but now the Amsterdam club are looking to bring Dolberg back to the Eredivisie following the expected departure of Bryan Brobbery to the Premier League. The Belgian paper is reporting that Dolberg would prefer a move to Ajax over a move to Celtic. With Anderlecht having missed out on European football this season they are now being forced to sell some key players such as Dolberg to bring in the cash they were hoping to recoup through continental football.
Dolberg has rebuilt his career in Belgium following struggles in France, Germany and Spain. The Danish forward broke out during his previous time with Ajax and was bought by Ligue 1 side Nice. After a decent first season, Dolberg struggled to push on and ended up on loan at both Sevilla and Hoffenheim before eventually leaving France for Belgium. Dolberg has played 95 games for Anderlecht, scoring 44 goals. This is just one goal less than he scored in 119 games for Ajax.
