Finally, however, the breakthrough for Hansi Flick’s side came when Dani Olmo passed the ball to Lamine Yamal and the prodigious 17-year-old winger breezed past a few opposition players outside the box before landing a sublime shot into the top corner just perfectly.

Pedri’s revelation about Lamine Yamal

A sensational and out-of-this-world goal, it is not something people get to see everyday. However, as quoted by Barça Times, Pedri revealed that Yamal had already executed the same kind of finish on two occasions before the actual game itself during the preparation stage:

“Lamine scored two goals during the warm-up today that were just like the one he scored in the match. We’re lucky to have him. We need to take good care of him.”
