Jordan Henderson is set to return to the Premier League after agreeing a two-year deal with Brentford.
The 35-year-old left Ajax with a year still left on his contract after 57 games with the Dutch giants, where he assisted nine goals and scored one which came in his final game for the club.

Now Henderson is set to return to English football for the first time since leaving Liverpool in the summer of 2023.
According to the ever-reliable David Ornstein of The Athletic, the veteran will join Brentford with the official announcement to be done next week.]
Brentford are in need of midfield reinforcement following the departure of Christian Norgaard to Arsenal earlier this week.
