Romano reported in his latest YouTube video that both English clubs made important offers to the player and were even willing to match Club Brugge’s asking price.
However, the player is currently unwilling to join either side as he only wants to move to San Siro.
Milan have been in talks with Club Brugge for several weeks, but have been unable to agree on the midfielder’s transfer fee yet.

Milan have already sold Tijjani Reijnders to Manchester City this summer and have signed Samuele Ricci and Luka Modric.
Ricci has already been unveiled as a new signing, while Modric’s purchase will be announced in the coming days.
