Inter Milan could make one last offensive signing if only they can sever ties with unwanted duo Joaquin Correa and Martin Satriano.

According to Corriere dello Sport, as reported by FCInterNews, Simone Inzaghi is desperate to offload both players to make room for a new addition.

Indeed, the Inter manager has deemed both South American forwards surplus to requirements.

Satriano, who spent last season on loan at Brest, returned to Giuseppe Meazza at the start of the summer.

He was supposed to be at the club only temporarily.

However, after turning down an offer from Brest, he could stay at Inter against the club’s will.

There’s still time to change that. Olympique Marseille are reportedly keen on the Uruguayan.

But while the French giants consider a loan swoop with an option to buy, Inter are gunning for a permanent sale.

Inzaghi’s men are seeking a figure close to €6 million. That’s how much Brest had offered them earlier in the summer.

As for Correa, he has rejected numerous proposals from abroad.

Despite his epic downfall since swapping Lazio for Inter in 2022, he’s still eager to stay in Europe’s top-five leagues.

Genoa could offer him an escape route after parting with Albert Gudmundsson and Mateo Retegui.

His departure would save the Nerazzurri around €3.5m in wages.

Inter Milan Desperate to Offload Correa & Satriano to Make Room for New Forward

Inter signed Mehdi Taremi as a free agent at the start of July.

Yet, Inzaghi believes there’s a need for another center-forward.

The defending Serie A champions relied heavily on Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram last summer.

Alexis Sanchez and Marko Arnautovic were back-up options. But there’s significant room for improvement.

Taremi’s arrival covers for the Chilean’s exit, while the Austrian veteran’s future remains in the balance.

Inter could use an additional attacking option. But they must sort out the duo’s status first.
