Simone Inzaghi must be creative now that injury problems start to pile up for treble-chasing Inter Milan.
According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, the 48-year-old is preparing a couple of changes for Inter’s next two matches.
The runaway Serie A leaders will return to action on March 30, facing Udinese in a routine-looking home clash.
However, only a few days later, they’ll meet bitter rivals AC Milan in the first leg of their Coppa Italia semi-final tie.
All the while, injuries continue to torment Simone Inzaghi.

Lautaro Martinez and Denzel Dumfries have added to Inter’s injury concerns during the international break.
However, Inzaghi should welcome Federico Dimarco, Matteo Darmian, and Nicola Zalewski back to the squad soon.
Indeed, all three should be available for Udinese’s visit to the San Siro.
Meanwhile, Alessandro Bastoni must serve a one-game suspension after receiving a red card against Atalanta.
Therefore, Carlos Augusto or Stefan de Vrij should take his place in the back three.
On the other hand, Yann Bisseck is the leading candidate to replace Dumfries on the right wing.
