Strikers Mehdi Taremi and Marko Arnautovic are set to start for Inter Milan against Young Boys in the Champions League next week.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews. They report that Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi will look to rotate his attack in the coming matches.

Inter return to action from the international break on Sunday.

The Nerrazzurri travel to the Italian capital to take on Roma in their first Serie A match back from the break.

And then things do not let up from there.

On Wednesday evening, Inter take on Young Boys in their third Champions League match of the season.

Then, the following weekend, it’s the big one. Inter will host Juventus in the first Derby d’Italia match of the season. That is a match that could very well have Serie A title implications.

Mehdi Taremi & Marko Arnautovic To Start For Inter Vs Young Boys

Naturally, Inter coach Inzaghi will be thinking about how to manage his squad over the coming matches.

This weekend’s clash with Roma will be a very important. And then the Derby d’Italia promises to be an even more significant fixture for the Nerazzurri.

Therefore, Inzaghi will be very wary of overusing and exhausting key players in his squad.

In attack, the Gazzetta reports, that means that it will be total rotation between the league and the Champions League.

This Sunday against Roma, the newspaper predict, Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram will lead the line from the first minute.

But then against Young Boys, both of that duo will drop out of the lineup.

Mehdi Taremi has started both of Inter’s Champions League matches so far this season, lining up against both Manchester City and Red Star Belgrade.

There is a sense that adding real Champions League quality and experience to the attack was a big part of the reason why Inter brought the Iranian in from Porto over the summer.

And Taremi will continue to be Inzaghi’s man in Europe.

And partnering Taremi in attack will be veteran former West Ham United and Bologna striker Marko Aranutovic.

The Austrian had also started against Red Star. That was his only start of the season to date, and he got on the scoresheet.

And the Gazzetta report that Inzaghi will once again put his trust in Arnautovic in Europe, as the coach will totally overhaul his attack between the weekend and midweek.
