A few big teams have recovered meaningful pieces from the infirmary heading into Round 31, in particular Inter, Lazio, and Juventus. The Nerazzurri will welcome back Lautaro Martinez, who has sat out the past two fixtures due to muscle fatigue. He’ll be managed versus Parma and most likely start against Bayern Munich, SOSFanta reports.
On the other hand, Denzel Dumfries’ rehab is going more slowly than anticipated. He could miss both legs versus the Bavarians. Two of the biggest Biancocelesti stars are fit again: Taty Castellanos, who has been in and out of the lineup due to thigh and calf issues, and Nuno Tavares, who has been unavailable for the past two games.
While Inter and Lazio recovered their main strikers, Juventus will most likely be able to count on Andrea Cambiaso and Douglas Luiz. They went into full training on Thursday and will be options versus Roma, barring late setbacks. The fullback skipped the last contest and the Nations League games with Italy due to an ankle sprain. The midfielder last player in late February due to yet another thigh problem.
Roma won’t have Alexis Saelemaekers due to a suspension and Paulo Dybala, who’s out for the season, for the date with the Bianconeri, but they’ll have one more option on the right flank and in the back, as Zeki Celik has shaken off his thigh strain.
Scott McTominay and Stanislav Lobotka are good to go for the Bologna match. The former was a late scratch for the Milan clash due to the flu, while the latter subbed off because of an apparent calf injury, but he was just cramping up. Instead, Davide Calabria will sit out three weeks due to an ankle sprain.
