As we prepare to welcome Fanatics as our new retail partner, we want to keep supporters fully informed regarding key dates for temporary store closures and how gift cards can be redeemed during this exciting transition period.

The Elland Road Superstore will close on Sunday 15th June 2025, with White Rose and Leeds Trinity stores closing on Sunday 22nd June 2025. All three stores will reopen in early July, following full refurbishments.

The Leeds United online store will also close on Sunday 15th June 2025, with a brand-new online retail experience launching on Tuesday 1st July 2025.

Gift cards can be redeemed as normal in store from now until the closing dates above. They can also be used again once stores reopen in early July.

Gift cards can also be used online until Sunday 15th June 2025 as normal. From Tuesday 1st July 2025 onwards, gift cards will again be redeemable, however partial redemption will not be possible and the full amount must be redeemed in a single online transaction. Further details of the updated redemption process will be shared shortly.
