Important info for all our fans in Madrid

Tickets for the Real match must be collected there

The countdown is on and we cannot wait for this Wednesday 22 January, when we are in action at 21:00 CET in the legendary Estadio Santiago Bernabeu in the UEFA Champions League. Over 4,000 fans will be there to accompany our Red Bulls to the clash against Real Madrid. We have sent all the key info to ticket purchasers by email already and have summarised everything else worth knowing here.

Voucher not valid for stadium admission | Tickets have to be collected!

The voucher from our Ticket Shop is NOT a valid match ticket for the stadium. Due to Real Madrid's personalisation requirements, tickets can only be obtained in paper form. These can be collected with your voucher in advance in Salzburg or on matchday at the Novotel Madrid Center. Collection can be made at the Ticketing & Service Center (Bullshop) during opening hours up to and including 20 January. Any tickets not collected will be handed out on 22 January at the welcome desk from the Novotel Madrid Center (Calle de O'Donnell) between 09:00 and 18:00. Tickets CANNOT be collected at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu!
Entrance to the away sector is only permitted with a personalised ticket with a matching ID document or passport!
Our away contingent is completely sold out!

Admission checks & rules in the stadium

The stadium opens two hours before kick-off (19:00 CET) We kindly ask you to be at the entrance to the away sector by 19:30 in order to make admission as stress-free as possible.
The entrance to the away sector is via Gate 37 in the Northeast Corner (Tower D). Adress: Calle de Rafael Salgado
Rucksacks and bags up to a maximum size of DIN A4 are allowed in the stadium, and it is NOT possible to hand in bags or backpacks in front of the away sector.
Powerbanks for mobile phones are allowed in the stadium (at a maximum size of the phones).
Stewards with pink vests are our club stewards and available to answer any questions you might have.
Payment can be made with cash or cashlessly in the stadium.
No alcohol is permitted, and smoking is not permitted in the stadium.

Please avoid the south area of the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, as that is the Real Madrid fan sector.
