Arsenal's hopes of a late Premier League title charge took another blow on Sunday as they were held to a 1-1 draw with Manchester United.

The Gunners are now 15 points behind Arne Slot's side, who came from behind to beat Southampton 3-1 on Saturday, but do still have a game in hand and can thank the scheduling powers-that-be as they have the chance to really ramp the pressure up on Liverpool over the coming weeks.

Arsenal's final fixture before the international break is a tough London derby against Chelsea. Enzo Maresca's Blues aren't firing on all cylinders but are fighting to cling on to a spot in the top four and should pose the biggest threat for Arsenal over their next five.

Chelsea's neighbours, Fulham, are next to the Emirates on April 1 after the international break. Fans will hope to see a glimpse of Bukayo Saka here after Arteta predicted the winger would be back in April.

If Saka is not back to face Fulham, he could return for the trip to Everton five days later. Liverpool's Merseyside rivals do not pose the same threat as Arne Slot's side but have mastered the art of frustrating teams, and they will undoubtedly be setting up with a view to making this the ugliest, most turgid game possible.

Brentford head to the Emirates on April 12 trying to make something of their season. Thomas Frank's side are lost in mid-table obscurity and need to start racking up points soon if they want to squeeze into the final European spot available.

April 20 will see Ipswich Town make the trip up to London in what, on paper, should be a routine victory for Arsenal.

Liverpool don't actually play again in the Premier League until April and will have watched two Arsenal matches before they welcome Merseyside rivals Everton to Anfield on April 2. The Reds, meanwhile, have the second leg of their Champions League last 16 clash with Paris Saint-Germain and a Carabao Cup final against Newcastle United to entertain themselves.

Fulham will play a big part in this run-in as, after traveling to Arsenal on April 1, they will host Liverpool five days later. The Cottagers are on the fringes of the hunt for European football and will undoubtedly prove to be tough customers for both title hopefuls.

Next up on the schedule for Liverpool is a visit from West Ham United. It's another game for Arne Slot's side which comes the day after Arsenal play, meaning they will be battling to maintain their lead at the top of the standings, rather than extend it.

A struggling Leicester City will host Liverpool on April 20. This may be a favourable fixture, but Arsenal also take on their own relegation battlers in Ipswich Town just two hours earlier, so this should be three points for both sides.

Rounding out April is a potentially tricky visit from Tottenham Hotspur. These two played out a 6-3 classic in Liverpool's favour back in December and neither manager will want such an open affair this time around.
