After Roma conceded a late equalizer to Athletic Club, Gianluca Mancini spoke to Sky Sport.

“In the first half we did well against a strong and fast team. In the second half we started well, we could have gone 2-0 with Soulé but it didn’t go well. We were unable to build.”

“Then they changed in the 60th minute with a lot of fast players, we dropped back but they didn’t create much. Conceding a goal on a set piece is annoying.”

“If we had been more active we would not have conceded the goal. We have to file down these goals so as not to concede them because they are fundamental. We will try to see what we did wrong.”

“De Rossi? We were very sorry for what happened, we must not hide because De Rossi was fundamental for us and a great coach.”
