Speaking to Monaco Matin and Aquitélé, Gernot Rohr—who recently extended his contract as Benin's national coach—shared his deep affection for Africa. The former Bordeaux man has previously managed Gabon, Niger, Burkina Faso, and Nigeria before taking charge of Benin. Clearly, he is no stranger to African football.
