Gian Piero Gasperini’s Roma era has kicked off with the recent appointment of Frederic Massara as the club’s new sporting director.

With preseason set to begin on 13 July, Gasperini as well as his close collaborators will be called upon to evaluate the situation surrounding Lorenzo Pellegrini and Paulo Dybala, both of whom suffered season-ending injuries.
