To bolster their defense, Galatasaray is seriously pursuing the Ivorian Wilfried Singo.

The 24-year-old Ivorian, currently at Monaco, is exactly the type of player coach Okan Buruk is looking for: a versatile defender capable of playing on the right, in the center, and even on the left. The Turkish manager explained:

We want a player who can fill multiple positions in defense, preferably right-footed. Singo fits exactly what we need.

The Lions' management has been working for several weeks to finalize this transfer, valued at around €25 million. If the deal goes through, the Turkish club will gain a fast, technically gifted, and experienced player—someone who can transform the backline while giving Okan Buruk new strategic options.
