Roma are thinking seriously about Chiesa and are steadily increasing the pressure on the player.

Yesterday evening Cristiano Giuntoli, the Juventus sporting director, informed Chiesa’s agent Fali Ramadani that the attacker is not part of the club’s technical plans.

This is a move that effectively pushes the player towards the sale a year earlier than the deadline of his current contract.

Thus, Juve and Roma are working to find an agreement for around 20 million euros.

The main obstacle at the moment appears to be Chiesa’s own doubts about Roma’s proposal.

Chiesa has made it clear that he wants to play in the Champions League and is waiting to understand if there are other opportunities abroad.

The two clubs are pushing to close the operation, but Roma will not wait long for Chiesa to respond, reports Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport.
