FC Bayern Munich fans received some troubling news yesterday when they found out that Harry Kane will miss Bayern's huge DFB-Pokal clash with Bayer Leverkusen. With their leading goalscorer out of the picture for at least the next two weeks, FC Bayern will need somebody to step up in his place. Going against a team as well coached and talented as Bayer Leverkusen, Bayern will need some serious discipline to come out on top. The first of these candidates is one Michael Olise, a quick and tricky winger who is very adept at creating chances for his teammates. With an incredible talent to dribble and cut in with his left foot, you can't deny the comparisons to the great Arjen Robben, a Bayern legend who basically trademarked this skill.

Coming off the back of a starring season for Crystal Palace in the Premier League, Michael Olise has had a solid start to his Bayern career, putting up 12 goal contrubutions in 18 games. His first touch and technique on the ball is something to be admired, and I think he will be very useful in breaking down Bayer Leverkusen's stark defense. His matchup against Piero Hincapié on the right hand side will be an interesting one to watch, but I think that Olise should have the edge in this match.
