The Hoffenheim fan representatives have compiled all the important information in order to prepare you for the Bundesliga match away to 1. FSV Mainz 05 (Sunday at 15:30 CET / Live Ticker at tsg-hoffenheim.de).
Buses and minibuses:
Parking spaces (P9) are available to fan buses at the away block. The cost is €20 per coach and €10 for every minibus (cash payment).
Access is exclusively via Koblenzer Straße (motorway exit Lerchenberg).
Cars:
There are no car parking spaces available at the MEWA ARENA. Away fans arriving by car can alternatively park in the free park-and-ride car park at the Messe (Genfer Allee, 55129 Mainz). Numerous shuttle buses will run from there. There is an environmental zone in Mainz that can only be entered with a green sticker.
The Messe car park is not affected by this.
Wheelchair users:
The area in the barrier-free car park P6 is reserved for wheelchair users. Parking permits can be requested via the Disabled Fans' Representative (behindertenfanbeauftragter@mainz05.de). A blue European parking permit must be presented when submitting a request.
Train:
A shuttle bus will run from the main train station.
Arena tram stop: Jakob-Heinz-Straße / Arena, lines 51 & 53
Bus stop: Kisselberg, buses 54, 55, 56, 58, 62, 74, 91, 93
Fan paraphernalia:
The following materials are permitted in the away block at the match in Mainz:
Stadium opening and ticket office:
The stadium will open 120 minutes (13:30 CET) before the match.
There will be no ticket office on site.
Admission and blocks:
Access to blocks J (standing) and I (seating) is via the away entrance.
Gastronomy:
It is not permitted to bring drinks with you. Exceptions to this are Tetra-Paks of up to 0.25 litres. In the away block, payment can be made by debit card and credit card. It is also possible to pay with Google Pay and Apple Pay. Cash payment is not possible.
Alcohol limit and smoking ban:
There is no fixed alcohol limit, but people who are visibly drunk will be denied entry to the MEWA ARENA.
Bags and rucksacks:
As they may not be brought into the stadium, rucksacks and bags (larger than 30cm x 30cm x 15cm) can be deposited free of charge at the entrance. Fanny packs, gym bags and stadium bags are not affected by this rule.
Photo and video cameras:
Professional photo cameras with interchangeable lenses with a focal length of over 200mm and other interchangeable lenses, as well as video cameras, are not permitted.
